The SNS COMP section tells you how loudly the enemy can hear you, as well as telling you what frequency band sonar your target is using. Regarding the numbers in the sonar panel, "Ownship" refers to how loudly you can hear the enemy sub on active, passive and towed array sonar. IIRC you have to be at or below 15kts for the towed array to activate, you can probably work it out easily when you see an enormous drop in your signal to something. Always when I get to port for repairs or munitions, I almost always have to repair it. is there key commands that put out and retract the array? If so, what are they. I myself have NEVER seen this in my personal games, but I've seen a few pics showing the array.
